The filmmakers behind this movie offer no conclusions but suggest each viewer examine the information and decide for themselves whether living longer is a good thing or a bad thing. Is real progress being made in the field of healthy aging? Are folks being taken advantage of in the quest to remain young – and how? Who are the charlatans? Is aging actually a disease or a natural, degenerative process? How much longer would you actually live if the diseases associated with aging are cured? What is the real role of diet and exercise in aging? What is the difference between lifespan and healthspan?
